"I am hoping these will be ok because they are gifts for Christmas. I’ve always loved Capri Blue candles but in recent months, my candles have been “tunneling” so badly that I have to throw them out when they won’t stay lit anymore. In the past, they burned evenly. The first time I reached out, customer service was excellent and they replaced one of my candles. I sent another picture and email last week about the same thing happening, but have not heard back. I just hope they haven’t changed what was working."
