"Has to be hands-down some of the worst Customer Service I’ve ever experienced!! First and foremost, there was already an issue with another candle. Second, when I opened this one it was shattered! Instead of Capri blue trying to make this right, by any means, they just decided to send me some random candles as an apology…? After being loyal with them for years? I would stay far away from this company."
"I thought the scent would be more on the spice end of the spectrum, but it is too heavy on the sweet end. Smells like the heavy sweet scents you buy at Walgreens. Had to put the cap back on it! I will have to give it to someone that likes that heavy sweet smell. I do like how strong it is. Do you have a scent that has less sweet and more savory spice aroma such as cloves?"

"Have purchased before with great pleasure. Recent delivery has almost no scent. Tried under candle lamp and also burning wick. Had placed it in our foyer near living room but even walking by in foyer could not smell it."
