"Has to be hands-down some of the worst Customer Service I’ve ever experienced!! First and foremost, there was already an issue with another candle. Second, when I opened this one it was shattered! Instead of Capri blue trying to make this right, by any means, they just decided to send me some random candles as an apology…? After being loyal with them for years? I would stay far away from this company."
