"I am reaching out because I received the wrong product with my recent order. I specifically ordered the Volcano, but that is not what was shipped to me. When I looked into returning it, I was informed that I would be responsible for the return shipping cost — which amounts to 50% of the product's price. As a result, I have decided to keep a product I do not want. Thank you."
