"This was the first reed diffuser I ever used. I’ve used many CB products but not this. Well, I’m in LOVE. So, I asked a customer service rep where to get the oil or sticks and they send me a link to the CB + Pura diffuser refills (?). I’m not sure if I’m suppose to open those little refill things that go in the Pura. Anyway. I love this product and would definitely recommend! 10/10"
