Love this candle!
"Purchased this candle for my daughter for Christmas. It was not packaged well, and unfortanetly a careless postal carrier was not gentle with it. I took a video of opening the damaged candle and sent it to Capri Blue. They had a new candle in the mail promplty, packaged much more securely, so it made it to our address by Christmas. My girl was so happy! Thank you, Capri Blue! Great candle, and GREAT customer service!"

Broken!
"When I received the candle I could tell by the rattle in the box that it was broken. Not lightly broken, but totally smashed. I sent a photo and a video of opening the box but I have heard nothing back. The glass is thin, and it was wrapped in the thinner, smaller bubbled wrap. But, I will say it smells wonderful. Hoping the company does the right thing and replaces the candle, but I haven’t received any word back."
