"I love all your candles! No complaints about the quality. My concern is about the recent scare I had when I had 11 separate emails stating I had purchased almost 35 THOUSAND DOLLARS in products during the early morning hours. Of course I had not made the purchases and began calling your customer service line, but it was not functional, so I had no choice but to cancel the credit card that was used. Canceling that particular card has been lots of work and inconvenience. A 10% oops Coupon doesn’t really help!!’"
